Your Shop
Every seller on WebLearning gets their own shop, free of charge. Your shop is located at http://Weblearningnetwork.com/USERNAME. This is the link you can share with other people to show them your items.
To edit your shop, login to WebLearning and click the "Your Shop" link in the upper right corner of the page.
You can customise the way your shop looks by adding a banner image. There's also a place for announcements.
Every item you list on WebLearning is automatically added to your shop. Any item you list will remain listed for six months.
Selling an Item & Shipping
WebLearning is a venue for you to list your items and for buyers to find them. We do not handle any part of the transaction between you and a buyer. We do, however, facilitate arranging for payment, letting you choose what payment methods you accept, and even handing the transaction off to PayPal® for you. In this sense, we handle this process much like eBay® does.
Once you sell an item, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay you, and your responsibility to ship the item as described. WebLearning does not offer any fulfillment services for shipping.
We recommend that you determine an item's shipping cost before listing it. This way the final sale price may be paid promptly after purchase. Sites like www.ups.com, www.fedex.com and www.usps.com all offer handy online shipping calculators.
Fees and Billing
It costs £0.10 per quantity to list an item on WebLearning, regardless of the selling price.
When you sell an item, there is a flat 3.5% commission fee assessed by WebLearning.
WebLearning will charge these fees to your credit card on file on the 15th of each month. On the first day of each month you will be emailed a summary of your activity and all associated fees, which you can look over and keep for your records.
15 days after your receive this email, we will run the charges through on your credit card as a single batch payment.
You can easily view a complete history of your buying and selling activity on WebLearning by clicking the "Your Account" link in the upper right.

How Fees Work
Example:
If I list one ECDL Introduction course or book or CD-ROM, it costs 10 pence. If I have three of the same ECDL Introduction course or book or CD-ROM and put them all in the same item listing, it costs 30 pence. After six months if the item does not sell out it is unlisted and you may easily re-list it if you like (at the same price)..
Example:
If my ECDL Introduction sells for £15.00, the sales fee is 3.5% of this price, which equals 53 pence.
Currency Conversion:
All fees and items on WebLearning are listed in UK Sterling.
Currency conversion is handled automatically by our payment processing service.
On the first day of each month, you will be emailed an invoice detailing all fees. You can also view these fees on WebLearning at any time by going to Your Account > Seller Statements.
You can choose to pay your fees right away using your credit card on file. To do this, follow the appropriate links in the email or in your Seller Statement.
Or you can do nothing, and WebLearning will automatically charge the fees to your credit card on the 15th of the current month. We wait 15 days to do this because we want everyone to have plenty of time to look over the invoice and make sure everything is OK
.
Fees FAQ
What happens to all the items listed before November 1st?
No fees will be charged for these items, and they will remain listed until May 1, 2006. All items sold after February 1, 2006 will be charged the 3.5% sales fee.
Can I sell on WebLearning if I'm not in the United Kingdom?
Yes you can. We already have many sellers in other countries and we'll be adding built-in currency conversion soon.
What currency are fees in?
All fees are in UK Sterling. When paying your fees by credit card, currency conversion is handled automatically by those services.
If I un-list an item, is the listing fee refunded?
No it's not.
Is there an item quantity limit for a single listing?
The limit is 999.
Can I increase the item quantity of a listing?
Yes you may, at any time. Keep in mind that it still costs 10 pence for each additional quantity of one.
If I reduce the item quantity in one of my listings, do I get a refund?
There is no refund for this.
My item sold, how do I re-list it?
Login to WebLearning Store, go to Suppliers > Items Sold and click the Re-list Item link next to the item you wish to re-list. You will pay the same fees as when you listed it the first time.
Can I sell on WebLearning if I don't have a credit card?
At the moment this is not possible, however we are working on a solution.
